Caryford Hall Annual Meeting

The Charity which owns and runs the Hall is holding its Annual Meeting for members, hirers and local residents on Friday 20 September 2024 at 6pm in the Small Hall. The Trustees’ Annual Report for the year ending 30 April 2024 will be presented to the meeting and trustees for the next year will be elected.

There will then be an opportunity for feedback from those who regularly use the hall on how it is run and the trustees will outline their future plans for the building.

We are still seeking additional trustees who can help us with the tasks involved in running a successful and popular venue – now larger and more versatile since our extension was completed and opened during the summer.
