Deposits or payment in advance may be required for certain events.

Arrangements can be made for you to visit the Hall to confirm suitability and to discuss details of your event/activity. At this stage a provisional booking can be made by mutual agreement.

We have Standard Conditions of Hire, available for download below, which apply to all hirings. Please read the ‘Letter to Hirers’ and ‘Standard Conditions of Hire’ below before returning a signed copy of the Hiring Agreement to our Bookings Secretary well in advance of the hiring date. By signing the Hiring Agreement and returning it to our Bookings Secretary, you agree to abide by the Terms of the Hiring Agreement and all Conditions of Hire which apply to your hiring.

Typically the booking can be confirmed at this stage.
